BORGCO GROUP LIMITED is a group of individuals offering services such as Sales Management & Leadership and Office Management & Administration in a fractional format. The idea is that for many small to medium sized businesses, they can’t afford a full time position during the growth period, but cannot seem to get to the next level without having the experienced professionals be part of the business. That’s where we come in. We can provide the guidance you need and use the 25+ years of experience, on a fractional or part-time basis, to help you accelerate your success.
How it works.
- Hourly Rate: We charge an hourly rate for the time spent on coaching sessions, strategy development, meetings, and other activities.
- Monthly Retainer: We offer a monthly retainer fee for a set number of hours or days of service per month. This provides predictability for both you (the client) and us here at BorgCo.
- Project-Based Fees: For specific projects or initiatives, we propose a fixed project fee based on the scope and complexity of the work involved towards the desired outcome.
These structured billing models provide flexibility and value, allowing us to effectively deliver fractional services to you (the client).
